- SMS Program Description
By providing your mobile telephone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from the Partnership for Children of Johnston County. Messages may include application updates, requests for documents, appointment reminders, event information, program information, service-related notifications, and responses to your questions.
- Consent
You may opt in by providing your mobile number during program enrollment, event registration, appointment scheduling, or a telephone conversation with our staff and expressly agreeing to receive text messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving programs or services from the Partnership for Children of Johnston County.
- Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the programs and services in which you participate and your communication with our staff.
- Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile-service plan. The Partnership for Children of Johnston County does not charge a separate fee for its text-messaging program.
- Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also use keywords such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. No additional text messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent to receive messages again.
- Help and Support

- Rejoining the SMS Program
If you previously opted out and wish to receive messages again, reply START or contact the Partnership for Children of Johnston County and provide renewed consent.
- Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
- Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
